The Dr. Feickert Alignment Tool is a precision device that enables you to set up cartridges on tonearms with an effective length from 8.6 up to 17.7 inches. They also manufacture a very high quality turntable and two models of tonearm.

Dr. Feickert’s Alignment Tool

Dr. Feickert asks: “Is accuracy and easy handling a sin?”
Certainly not! If you are looking for an easy to use and reasonable setup tool for adjusting your tonearm/cartridge-combination, we have just the tool for the job. Dr Feickert wanted to offer a template that was not like others available on the market, but one that significantly excels from the others in terms of handling and accuracy.
Even if you have never ever set up a cartridge before, you will find out how easy it is to use this one. In our opinion most competitors’ products are good but they all lack either ease of handling or accuracy. Don’t waste time and don’t waste money. Get the Dr. Feickert Alignment Tool!

Twin – form meets function

Precision meets well shaped form, musicality meets accuracy – this motto is our principle!
The Twin turntable is the straight forward realization of technical aspects with good looks and
excellent sound – harmony between ears and eyes.
One of the goals of the development was high immunity against sonic impact. To reach this goal we used an approach to transform unwanted energy in a mechanical absorption circuit. We call this method MARC (Mechanical Anti Resonant Circuit).

And what is the result? Perfect conditions for tracking records.

The platter bearing is an inverted type of highest precision. Every single part is controlled to match our accuracy standards. Smallest gaps in the bearing give the best results, with constant velocity and lowest rumble.

Finally, the interaction with our quartz referenced, high torque motor, based on a microcontroller, gives a perfect basis for all pivoted or linear tracking tonearms. Perfect matches are the tonearms of such brands like Kuzma, DaVinci, Mørch, Dynavector, Breuer Dynamic, SME or Graham. Also our tonearms 9o and 1o5 perfectly work on this turntable and offer a reasonably high entry level at low cost. This means that all the variety of cartridges in the market can be mounted however you like.

DFA - 90, not just another tonearm

The DFA-90 is a 10.5 inch tonearm that works ideally with cartridges from 4 to 10 grams in weight. The gimbal bearing is a unique construction offering the lowest friction possible so as not to lose the smallest details from your records. It makes use of a needle bearing working in the horizontal axis – a construction detail rarely found even in much more higher priced models.

The tubing is made from a special aluminum alloy machined for the highest stability and lowest resonance level. As an added extra, this tonearm offers an oil-dampening device
that works exactly in the vertical axis – the place were it should be and mostly cannot be found in other tonearms…

DFA-1o5, S-shape at its best

The DFA-1o5 is a 10,5 inch tonearm that perfectly suits all cartridges from 4 up to 14 grams. The gimbal bearing is a unique construction offering the lowest friction possible so as not to lose the smallest details from your records. It makes use of  a needle bearing working in the horizontal axis – a construction detail rarely found even in much higher priced models. The effective length of 266 mm leads to very low offset error minimising geometrical distortions.

The tubing is made from a special aluminum alloy machined for highest stability and lowest resonance level in an S-shape. The headshell is an SME-connector type and you can also mount cartridges such as the old Ortofons or EMTs…. Special counterweights are available for heavier cartridges. The tonearm has an oil-damper that works exactly in the same way as on the DFA-90.
